The Aquatic Operations Coordinator helps maintain key systems, coordinate staff and events, and support smooth year-round operations. The position combines operations coordination, supervisory experience, public service, and safety standards. It also supports clean, safe aquatic facilities and high-quality service experiences for the public.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve and maintain key aquatic operations systems
- Coordinate staff and aquatic events throughout the year
- Develop programs and processes improving operations
- Support clean and safe aquatic facilities




- Interact with various interest holders and the public

Requirements:

- Relevant degree and one year recreation program experience
- Or unrelated degree and three years recreation experience
- One year project management and operations improvement experience
- Three months supervisory experience minimum
- Intermediate Word, advanced Excel, typing, and Class 5 licence
