The Social Media Specialist manages organic social activity and online reputation for Big Box Outlet Store. You will own content ideas, store capture, short-form video, copy, publishing, community engagement, Google Reviews, and practical reporting. The full-time role reports to VP Sales, with a dotted line to retail support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a two-week social content calendar and weekly publishing priorities
- Film, photograph, write, and edit store content
- Publish accurate posts, links, and accessible content
- Monitor comments, messages, Google Reviews,



and store information
- Review results and recommend social improvements

Requirements:

- Two or more years of social media experience
- Practical portfolio demonstrating relevant content production
- Hands-on filming, editing, and copywriting skills
- Experience managing community replies and basic analytics
- Retail or multi-location experience is an asset
