Operate Mazak machines and troubleshoot EIA/ISO G-code as a full time, on-site CNC Technician in Windsor, Ontario. Support safety-critical powertrain production.

Pangeo Group seeks a CNC Technician for high-volume automotive manufacturing in Windsor. The work covers Mazak Vertical Machining Centers, CNC lathes, programming, tooling, and quality compliance. You will collaborate with production teams while supporting productivity goals and high-stakes automotive projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate Mazak Vertical Machining Centers
- Create and troubleshoot EIA/ISO G-code programs
- Monitor machining processes for stability and controls
- Manage tooling processes and preventive maintenance support
- Participate in quality audits and root cause analysis

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with Mazak machines and CNC turning equipment
- Strong knowledge of programming and tooling setups
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and GD&T;
- Robotic machine tending systems experience preferred
