Staff Management | SMX has immediate full time openings at a food manufacturing facility. This position involves palletizing products, securing loads, and supporting production operators. You will follow OSHA guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices while maintaining a clean workspace. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Arrange boxes, cases, bags, and product layers onto pallets
Inspect labels, code dates, packaging integrity, and case weights
Secure finished pallets with plastic stretch-wrap
Move pallets by coordinating with a walkie operator
Assist production operators with general work

Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for a full shift
Ability to work all shifts
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
High school diploma or GED required
