You will be Kal Tire’s first customer contact, helping people choose suitable products and services. The position includes quotes, parts lookup, invoicing, appointments, and vehicle check-ins. You will also communicate with the shop team while maintaining accurate records and protected, organized work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer product and service inquiries
Prepare quotes and explain available options clearly
Complete vehicle check-ins outdoors in all weather
Look up parts, pricing, and availability internally
Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately

Requirements:
Previous customer service and sales experience
Interest in tires, vehicles, or parts lookup
Solid communication and customer-first approach
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as required
