Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
Clean and tidy workout areas to stated standards
Educate members about memberships, amenities, and automated processes




Promote Black Card amenities and memberships to prospective members
Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately

Requirements:
High school diploma or progress toward completion
One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
Verbal and written communication skills
WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, and AED Certification
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress
