This permanent, part-time position assists the Store Manager and Supervisor with business operations. You will lead employees, delegate tasks, process transactions, maintain the store, and support customers. Retail experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff when the Store Manager is absent
Coach, motivate, and lead employees during daily tasks
Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
Process cash transactions using POS and Interac
Clean, restock, and safely unload store deliveries

Requirements:
Proven leadership abilities and qualified communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Robust interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Availability for twelve to twenty-five hours weekly
