This experienced Team Lead supports infrastructure projects involving roads, water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems. You will lead contract administration teams, oversee inspections, manage documentation, and coordinate contractors, clients, and municipal officials. The position requires solid knowledge of construction methods, contract documents, claims, delays, and public infrastructure contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead contract administration teams across multiple construction projects
Oversee inspections, quality assurance, progress measurement, and payment certificates
Manage project records, photographs, reports, and documentation submissions
Review change requests, claims,



disputes, and contractor RFIs
Chair progress meetings and coordinate stakeholder updates

Requirements:
Minimum seven years of progressive contract administration experience
Municipal infrastructure, transportation, or water/wastewater project experience
Knowledge of construction methods, specifications, claims, changes, and delays
Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ontario Class G licence and access to a personal vehicle
