Promote brand initiatives and deliver solid customer experiences
Coach associates through feedback and floor guidance
Share performance insights with store management
Apply payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
Maintain visual merchandising, restocking, and backstore operations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months retail or service management experience
Deep interest in fashion
Natural leadership and growth mindset
Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
