Build industrial equipment sales across Toronto and surrounding areas with North Toronto Auction, using prospecting and relationship-building expertise. This territory role reports to the Managing Director.

As Industrial Territory Manager, you will develop accounts, secure equipment consignments, and grow long-term customer relationships. Your work spans construction, oilfield, mining, transportation, utilities, government, and related industries. You will manage key accounts, use the CRM system, and present customer research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop current accounts and long-term customer relationships
- Source business through networking, cold calling, and direct mailing
- Secure industrial equipment before each auction sale
- Manage key accounts and maximize territory consignments
- Attend auctions and tradeshows

Requirements:

- Proven industrial sales experience and established customer base
- Auction or related heavy equipment sector experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- OMVIC Dealer's licence or eligibility to obtain one
