This full time, salaried, safety-sensitive position supports reliable Melancthon Wind Asset operations. You will follow established procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to operations and maintenance strategies. The work requires technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, control, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily maintenance, service, and repairs on wind turbine equipment
- Support daily operations and maintenance planning with the Supervisor
- Maintain plant availability, safety, compliance, and cost standards
- Complete preventative maintenance accurately, on time, and document results




- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for plant outcomes

Requirements:

- Appropriate certification, related education, or proven technical experience
- Preferred three to five years of wind turbine experience
- Knowledge of GE wind turbine technology and technical systems
- Understanding of plant operations, compliance, financial, and risk concepts
- Valid Driver’s License and required pre-employment testing
