Provide home-based occupational therapy with Health PEI in Souris, using assessment, intervention planning, and client-centered communication. This full-time temporary assignment supports Home Care Kings.

As an Occupational Therapist 2, you will maximize clients' independent functioning in their homes. You will serve clients, families, and caregivers while working independently within a multidisciplinary home care team. Your practice will include assessment tools, follow-up care, referrals, consultation, documentation, and outcome reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and plan occupational therapy interventions for clients
- Implement, document, and evaluate safe therapy services
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate follow-up care




- Provide consultation to care teams and community agencies
- Develop programs, protocols, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy school
- Current or eligible P.E.I. occupational therapy registration
- Considerable acute or long-term care experience with adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
