As an Asset Protection Partner, you will work with Sephora’s Leadership team to protect store assets and maintain operational controls. Your responsibilities include surveillance, apprehensions, evidence preservation, incident reporting, and employee training. You will also support audits, inventory preparation, and shrinkage prevention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance for external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Provide loss prevention training for recent and current employees
- Conduct self-audits,



checklists, and safety inspections
- Assist inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention planning

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection or loss prevention experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing requirements
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
