The successful candidate will support the lead CFO on all corporate finance, financial reporting and strategic matters for a portfolio of exciting clients. We will provide the necessary training, experience and support for the successful candidate.Job responsibilities include:Prepare financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP and ASPEOversee full-cycle accounting (bank reconciliations, invoice entry, sales invoicing, credit card entries, payroll processing and general journal entries) for clientsMonitor organizational costs and create reports for budgetary, pricing,



and cost analysis purposesPrepare account reconciliations and working papers to support financial reporting and operational decisionsDesign and implement controls and procedures required for effective and accurate reportingPrepare board reports and management report packagesManage the audit, review and compilation process with our clients' external accountantsPlay a key part in helping a diverse group of exciting businesses growOversee and manage junior staff membersThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:Highly motivated and willing to work on a diverse set of tasksLooking for growth and learning experience in general business consulting and financial reportingAbility to manage multiple monthly deadlinesDetail-oriented and organizedExperienced in IFRS, US GAAP and ASPECPA or CPA student preferredPublic company experience preferredAt least five years of relevant accounting experienceReady to bring their career to the next levelThe successful candidate will be part of a team of experienced professionals.
