This temporary, full time position serves clients at Bethesda Regional Health Centre/Bethesda Place. You will direct and perform meal preparation, cooking, and service while following health care standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. The work supports patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare secure, high-quality nutritious meals for facility clients
Cook and serve meals according to established standards
Follow departmental, regional, and government requirements

Requirements:
Minimum one year health care or institutional cooking experience
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Current Food Handler Training Level 1 certificate
Knowledge of therapeutic and modified food textures
Knowledge of sanitary food handling principles
