Paladin Security seeks a Security Supervisor for University Health Network’s West Park Healthcare Centre. This full time position leads, coaches, and mentors security staff and Team Leads while supporting a protected workplace for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. Responsibilities include audits, patrols, training, investigations, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor security staff and Team Leads
Oversee operations, audits, and interior and exterior patrols
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Investigate incidents, complaints,



and workplace concerns
Respond to emergencies, major incidents, and hospital codes
Requirements: At least one year of healthcare security leadership experience
Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Required MMR, Varicella, and two-step TB records
Valid UOF and MOAB certifications, or training willingness
Legal authorization to work in Canada
