Flock Homes is hiring an analyst for its property and resident operations team. You’ll manage resident questions, rent demands, housing programs, security deposits, HOA notices, and utilities. The work supports a growing Fund with roughly 1,000 managed units moving toward several thousand.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve standard lease, payment, property, and account questions
Monitor balances and document rent demands on required timelines
Administer Section 8 paperwork, inspections, and rent changes
Prepare security deposit dispositions within statutory deadlines
Track HOA notices,



violations, deadlines, and tenant responsibilities

Requirements:
At least one year in real estate, property management, or customer service
Meticulous documentation and accurate process execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized problem-solving and effective time management
Accountability for policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
