Chicopee is seeking dedicated individuals for winter grounds maintenance roles. As part of the Operations Department, your work will focus on maintaining the property’s exterior and keeping it safe for guests and employees. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily snow removal and salting tasks
• Maintain exterior buildings and landscapes for safety
• Operate tools and vehicles for property maintenance
• Monitor weather and ensure areas are transparent
• Assist with minor repairs and support other departments
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license
• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 20.4 kg (45 lbs)
• Solid work ethic and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including mornings and weekends
