As a Systems Administrator, you will design, configure, implement, and support systems infrastructure and services. Your work spans Linux, Metaswitch, SIP, TDM voice services, virtualization, monitoring, and vendor integrations. You will also develop services, update systems, document procedures, and train staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer Metaswitch voice platforms supporting SIP and TDM services
Provision and troubleshoot SIP trunks, gateways, and customer endpoints
Maintain TDM interconnects and support migration toward SIP




Analyze voice quality using traces, captures, and diagnostics
Resolve hardware and software issues as final escalation

Requirements:
CompTIA Linux+ certification required
Experience with SIP-based and TDM voice services required
Carrier voice platform administration experience required
Metaswitch experience strongly preferred
Valid Class G license and reliable transportation
