Support specialty pharmacy operations at Cencora through prescription processing, claims follow-up, and accurate fulfillment workflows. This is a full time position in Canada.

As a Pharmacy Assistant supporting Innomar Strategies, you will coordinate prescription intake, benefit verification, prior authorization support, and fulfillment activities. The work requires established procedures, quality standards, accurate documentation, and reliable handoffs across pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists or technicians with prescription filling
Process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and computer files
Prepare claims, billings, disbursements, and related documents




Pack and ship prescription orders according to protocols

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Two or more years of relevant operational experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Robust organization, accuracy, and time management skills
Pharmacy experience and Kroll proficiency are assets
