Reporting to the Manager, Supply and Warehousing, this permanent Warehouse Associate processes stock, prepares orders, and maintains warehouse organization. The role supports Draught Services, a division of The Beer Store established in 1947. Daily work combines ERP and web order processing, customer communication, shipping documentation, inventory software, and physical order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
Process orders through ERP and web systems
Answer internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare shipping manifests and track shipment arrivals and departures




Enter data in inventory and logistics software
Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining clean work areas

Requirements:
Completed high school or GED equivalent
One to two years of warehouse experience considered an asset
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift, push, and slide packages up to 70 pounds
