Build accounts payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli in Toronto through SAP, Basware, and hybrid finance work. Support invoice processing during Winter 2027.

This Accounts Payable Co-op placement supports the Lindt Canada Accounts Payable team from January through April 2027. You will work with intercompany, co-pack, labor, packaging, and indirect expense invoices. The assignment also includes vendor inquiries, statement reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning and Packaging teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
- Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
- Process indirect expenses in Basware
- Reconcile statements and handle vendor inquiries
- Complete administrative tasks upon request

Requirements:

- Current finance or accounting co-operative program enrollment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
- Intermediate Excel, including VLookup and Pivot tables
- Solid organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
