Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day sort operations within the station
- Direct Cargo Handlers’ work activities and package handling
- Guide routing and recovery of potential service failures
- Mentor, coach, and train assigned employees

Requirements:

- College degree
- Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
- Or two years supervisory experience in a related industry
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
