Buffalo Trail Public Schools seeks an Educational Assistant to provide academic, social, behavioural, and life-skills support. You will prepare and adapt learning materials, monitor progress, assist with transitions and specialized supports, and collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, following the school calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide educational support and monitor student progress
- Prepare and adapt learning materials
- Support academic, social, behavioural, and life skills
- Assist with feeding, hygiene, and toileting




- Supervise activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

- Childhood or Educational Assistant diploma preferred
- Experience supporting people with special needs desired
- Familiarity with language delays and behavioural challenges beneficial
- Understanding of emotional dysregulation and motor delays beneficial
- SIVA or non-violent crisis intervention training an asset
