Under the direction of the FMO Account Manager, the Building Operator will maintain secure conditions, perform minor repairs, supervise subcontractors, and conduct mechanical maintenance including HVAC and BAS tasks. The role involves log readings, tenant issue responses, and coordination with contractors.
