As an Associate IT Operations Engineer, you will support local technology operations and Enterprise and Business Unit projects. Your work spans endpoint vulnerability remediation, PC lifecycle activities, mobile administration, infrastructure support, and vendor coordination. Customer communication, service ownership, and the Johnson Controls Service Management toolset are central to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and support PCs, tablets, printers, and specialized equipment
- Troubleshoot software and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities against security standards
- Provide walk-up, Smart Hands, satellite office, and local infrastructure support
- Manage PC lifecycle,



mobile devices, access permissions, and IT procurement
- Coordinate vendors and support Enterprise and Business Unit project initiatives
