Agents serve Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Pelham, Fort Erie, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Lincoln. The team sells 200 or more homes annually, with support from agents and full time staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Work buyer and seller opportunities generated by The Barry Team
Follow the team CRM and established operating system
Serve clients across Niagara full-time
Participate in weekly one-on-ones with the Sales Coach
Contribute to a team-focused, accountable working standard
Requirements:
RECO license required
Recent and experienced agents considered
Based in or willing to work Niagara full-time
Comfort with CRM technology
Coachability and willingness to follow a system
Use RECO licensing, CRM skills, and coachability to grow with The Barry Team across Niagara’s real estate market.
