Varsity is opening a brand recent Midland venue and seeking Duty Managers to lead the crew from day one. You will help deliver guest experiences across food, beverages, and entertainment. The position suits experienced Duty Managers or hospitality professionals ready for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the crew and keep shifts running smoothly
Deliver guest experiences across food, beverages, and entertainment
Coach, train, and support team members
Monitor service, safety, and venue standards
Solve unexpected situations during busy service

Requirements:
Hospitality experience in busy service environments
Confidence leading teams and making pressured decisions
Enjoyment of working with people
Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays
RSA or willingness to obtain one
