Randstad Canada is hiring skilled Digital Print Operators for custom sports apparel production at a client facility. This three month contract may extend or become full time for the right candidate. The work includes machine operation, design preparation, material handling, quality control, maintenance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Epson equipment using correct substrate and design settings
Prepare sublimation designs with Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
Load sheets with accurate placement, alignment, and PMS color
Monitor color accuracy, clarity,



and overall print quality
Maintain machinery, troubleshoot minor issues, and document operations

Requirements:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time and complete orders promptly
Robust attention to design specifications and print quality
Explicit criminal record check required
