Key Responsibilities:
Configure, administer, and optimize ADP HR modules
Provide internal ADP Workforce Now subject matter expertise
Assess requirements and recommend practical system solutions
Coordinate testing, documentation, integrations, and enhancements




Support HR projects aligned with the HR Strategic Plan

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Minimum three years of relevant HR systems experience
ADP Workforce Now administration, reporting, or implementation experience preferred
Solid technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
