Macfab Manufacturing Inc. produces precision CNC-machined components and subassemblies for analytical instruments, optics, photonics, defence, security, and space industries. As a CNC turning machinist, you will prepare machines, adjust cutting conditions, and inspect parts within tolerance. The work includes prototypes through production volumes, with material traceability supporting customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning centres with live tooling
Load, unload, change, and modify programs as required
Change, modify, and grind cutting tools




Adjust feeds and speeds for maximum efficiency
Measure, inspect, deburr, and prepare machined parts

Requirements:
Five or more years of required experience
Fanuc or Haas experience is required
Training or education in CNC turning is an asset
Mastercam familiarity is preferred
Aerospace or job shop experience is preferred
