Provide housing support at Valuable Shepherd’s Martha House during Saturday and Sunday night shifts, using case management and crisis intervention skills.

As a Case Manager, you will support residential and non-residential clients through respectful housing services. The work includes case management, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and independent service delivery. You will work within a residential shelter workplace serving women, trans, and non-binary individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a caseload
Complete resident intake and assessment processes
Design interview schedules with supervisor consultation
Evaluate quality-of-life improvements among program participants




Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, staff, and records

Requirements:
Related post-secondary education required
Knowledge of violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty, and substance use
Demonstrated intake and assessment experience
Residential setting experience preferred
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification

Support Martha House residents through case management, assessment, crisis intervention, and confidential housing services on weekend nights.
