As a Research Operations & AI Enablement Co-op, you will help scale research through stronger operations and practical AI exploration. You will contribute to documentation, repositories, SharePoint content, intake processes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The work supports consistent, impactful research across CIBC.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop research documentation, playbooks, templates, standards, and best practices
Organize repository content and improve knowledge discoverability
Assist with SharePoint enhancements and content management
Support research intake, tracking, reporting, and workflow improvement




Evaluate AI tools and automation prospects with human oversight

Requirements:
Pursuing a relevant degree or diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Maze
Curiosity, adaptability, and interest in evolving technologies
Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information
Research repositories, SharePoint, or workflow automation experience is an asset
