Allied Universal seeks an experienced Security Regional Trainer to support personnel across multiple sites. The work covers onboarding, refresher programs, operational competencies, compliance, and consistent regional training practices. Solid communication, presentation, and instructional skills are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver security onboarding and refresher training programs
Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions using prepared materials
Assess employee competency and evaluate training effectiveness
Teach emergency response, incident reporting, safety, and customer service




Maintain certifications, attendance logs, and training documentation

Requirements:
Experience in security operations, training, or related work
Knowledge of security procedures and licensing requirements
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and instructional communication skills
Microsoft Office and electronic record-management systems proficiency
Flexibility to travel between regional sites as required
