As a Production Planner, you will coordinate Exchange and Production teams to meet established Promise Dates. The work combines electronic scheduling, vendor follow-up, parts kit ordering, quoting, and customer communication. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and adaptability are central to daily planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan electronic schedules across a seven day work week
Coordinate production shop arrivals with Exchange
Order standard parts kits before production starts
Create purchase orders and follow up with vendors
Communicate discrepancies, quotes,



and Promise Date updates

Requirements:
Post-secondary technical education or five years comparable experience
Attention to detail across parts, labor, and work orders
Customer-centric relationship management and organizational skills
Computer knowledge including AMPS, Scheduler, TCMS, Excel, Word, and DBS
Adaptable schedule supporting business needs
