Optometric Assistant

Full-time (approximately 35 hours/week)

The schedule is 4 days a week (including one day with evening hours until 8:00 PM)

No prior experience in optics is required. The candidate will be trained and supported by our team

Job Description




Greet customers in a qualified, courteous and attentive manner
Answer the phone
Book appointments for patients
Open and update patient files
Direct the patient to the right qualified based on their needs
Perform pretest exams (main task)
Take care of invoicing and collections
End of the day closing
Place certain product orders via the computer system
Follow up with customers
