This contract-to-hire Bench Fitter works within a pressure vessel team. The work includes fitting, fabrication, welding, and compression system assembly. You will interpret drawings, handle process pipe components, and operate overhead cranes. The position supports production quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Fit and assemble components at a dedicated bench station
Interpret drawings and blueprints for accurate welding
Weld pressure vessel and process pipe components
Operate overhead cranes to position compression system components
Maintain clean, organized, protected work areas

Requirements:
Journeyman Welder certification
25 years of Bench Fitter experience
Pressure vessel or process piping fabrication experience
Stick welding and back welding experience
Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety procedures
