ComForCare seeks a caring Personal Support Worker to provide in-home support for one client. The work combines personal care, dementia activities, household management, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will maintain routines, communicate clearly, and help create a secure environment while building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and respite services for family
Support dementia activities including music, games, and reminiscence therapy
Deliver bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance




Complete homemaking, laundry, and meal preparation tasks
Assist with self-administered medication reminders

Requirements:
Dementia care experience is required
Provincial-approved Personal Support Worker certificate
At least six months caregiver experience
Hoyer lift training
English communication and clinical app skills
