As a Produce Champion, you will support customer engagement, product handling, and department presentation. You will recommend seasonal products, explain ripeness and storage, and merchandise produce to freshness and food safety standards. The role also includes receiving shipments, rotating stock, maintaining inventory, and supporting sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Build organized displays reflecting seasonality and supporting sales goals
Trim, wrap, merchandise, rotate, and replenish produce
Verify shipments and report shortages or quality issues
Maintain current signage, labels, and pricing




Support storewide campaigns with fresh displays

Requirements:
One to two years of produce, grocery, or fresh food retail preferred
Understanding of produce handling, ripeness, and seasonal trends
Robust attention to detail and merchandising presentation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing
Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
