Farm Boy seeks an Order Picker skilled in scanner systems and warehouse equipment for its Central Operations location. Work includes freezer conditions.

The Order Picker performs warehouse duties while supporting quality service for employees, customers, and suppliers. Responsibilities include assembling delivery orders, rotating products, counting inventory, and maintaining organized facilities. The position also trains new employees on the scanning system and follows the Farm Boy Way.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick orders accurately using a scanner system
Train recent employees on the scanning system
Assemble, document, and stack delivery orders properly
Rotate products to maintain quality and freshness
Maintain clean, secure, organized warehouse facilities

Requirements:
Warehouse experience considered an asset
Experience operating scanners and motorized equipment
Ability to work from directives with little supervision
Valuable physical fitness and heavy-object handling ability
Flexible availability with strong organizational skills
