Brightisle is hiring Supervised Family Visitation Workers for children and youth in foster care. You will support family connections while monitoring safety, conditions, and behaviors during visits. Detailed reports help determine whether families can reunify and may be used in court. Training prepares you for this work, with on-call support during visitation times.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise family visits in secure environments
Observe children, youth, families, and visitation conditions
Monitor behaviors and support child and youth safety
Complete detailed reports,



including compensated report-writing time
Provide confidential handling of client information

Requirements:
Experience working with children and youth in a related field
Knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and social services
Solid interpersonal and written communication skills
Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
First Aid and Child Protection Clearance Checks
