Under the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electromechanic repairs, upgrades, and maintains production equipment at Techo-Bloc. The work supports quick equipment restarts while following health and safety standards. You will diagnose components, read technical plans, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in equipment improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, or replace production equipment components
Read hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical plans
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery




Use machining tools to manufacture repair parts
Communicate with operators about machinery work

Requirements:
DEC in industrial mechanics or electromechanics diploma
Five to seven years of manufacturing experience
Basic cutting, manufacturing, and welding tool knowledge
Ability to read plans, sketches, and service bulletins
Positive spoken and written French and English
