As a Dietary Worker, you will answer patient calls, take menu orders, and address questions about meals or nutritional needs. You will record orders in software, apply general therapeutic diet knowledge, and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition teams. The work requires calm, adaptable communication and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take patient menu orders
Direct questions about meals and nutritional needs appropriately
Record patient orders using software systems
Coordinate accurate nutrition services with clinical teams
Protect customer privacy, safety, and dignity

Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Comfort using web software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
