ESS Canada seeks a Sandwich and Salad Person to prepare, present, and serve meals while maintaining food quality and customer service. The work requires recipe compliance, sanitation, portion control, temperature monitoring, and organized production. Food service experience in healthcare, hotels, restaurants, or rapid food is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fruits and vegetables through washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
Complete sandwich recipes according to established standards
Store food using wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures




Serve customers courteously while following service steps
Maintain sanitation, cleaning, supplies, and equipment requirements

Requirements:
FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
Large-scale food service experience
Solid time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Ability to pass required drug and criminal record checks

Support ESS Canada meal service through sandwich preparation, food safety, quality control, and friendly customer service every scheduled shift.
