XA Security, a leading Western Canada security provider, seeks an experienced HR and payroll skilled to build out our HR function and administer payroll on Digital XA. You will design policies, onboarding, and leave processes while ensuring CRA remittances, ROEs, and year-end tasks are accurate and timely.

You'll also collaborate with our development team to improve the platform, support a large hourly workforce, and manage benefits, WCB, and compliance across Alberta.
