Analyze donor information with UHN Foundation as a Prospect Research Analyst in Toronto, using research skills and Microsoft Excel within a hybrid model.

Reporting to the Manager, Prospect Research, you will support fundraising priorities through prospect research, identification, and data analysis. Research individuals, corporations, foundations, and other prospective donors while preparing concise materials for fundraising staff and senior leadership. Your work strengthens prospect pipelines and supports fundraising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research prospective and existing donors and assess philanthropic capacity
- Prepare prospect profiles, briefings, biographies, and research summaries
- Analyze prospect portfolios, fundraising activity, and pipeline information
- Use Excel to organize,



interpret, and summarize datasets
- Support dashboards, segmentation, and wealth-screening projects

Requirements:

- Graduate education in research, information, analytics, or data preferred
- Three or more years of relevant experience accepted
- Experience conducting complex research from multiple sources
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative information comfort
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an asset
