The Labourer works within the production team, reporting to the Technical Supervisor or Project Manager. Duties include general labour, construction material movement, scrap removal, building cleanliness, and safety compliance. The work supports construction teams in meeting schedules through practical, hands-on assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical tasks supporting construction team schedules
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Remove scrap materials for disposal
Keep plant work areas clean and tidy
Use basic hand tools and power tools

Requirements:
