Parkland C.L.A.S.S. seeks an experienced Team Leader overseeing and participating in service delivery for an independent adult male with a developmental disability. The work supports personal development goals, independence, household routines, and accurate documentation. PPE training is provided for required direct support during isolation or positive COVID-19 results.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and participate in individual service delivery
Support personal development goals and independence
Participate in meal planning and grocery shopping
Prepare meals and complete household chores
Maintain documentation and manage budgets

Requirements:
Completed two-year post-secondary Human Services diploma
Three years of experience in a related field
Class 5 licence and insured registered vehicle
Acceptable Driver’s Abstract
Acceptable police and Child Intervention Record checks
