GEI seeks a Current Graduate Civil Technologist for its Kitchener office. Under experienced technical and senior staff, you will support infrastructure project delivery. Work includes roads, sewers, watermains, site civil development, and wastewater pumping stations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect construction for compliance with drawings, specifications, and permits
Perform topographic surveys and field measurements
Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports
Assist with as-built drawings and construction documentation
Support contract administration and quantity calculations
Requirements:
Recent or anticipated 2027 Civil Engineering Technology graduate
Foundational understanding of civil construction practices and infrastructure
Solid written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills
Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or surveying considered an asset
Valid G driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Build practical expertise in inspection, surveying, documentation, and contract administration as GEI’s Kitchener Civil Technologist.
