Lead Santa photo experiences at Burlington Centre with Cherry Hill Programs, using guest service, communication, and daily operations skills. This part time seasonal position supports holiday families.

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead, you will guide team members and help keep photo operations running smoothly. You will welcome guests, assist with photos, operate POS systems, and use photography equipment. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, supporting memorable experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue
Lead by example and reinforce established policies and procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed




Assist with training or recruiting as needed
Provide guest service and memorable souvenir photos

Requirements:
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort processing sales transactions and handling cash
Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
